DVDs are delivered from our Manhattan store Located at 61 W. 37th street (37th street and Avenue of the Americas). Stop in and see our wide selection of new releases, classics, and hard to find titles!
Orders placed by 1:30pm will be delivered by 4:30pm same day.
If you need your order RUSHED or delivered later than 4:30pm, just let us know in the special instructions section of your order or give us a call at 212-265-5213. We try to adjust our delivery to YOUR schedule and can make most deliveries of any titles the same day or evening.
Regular customers (once you've ordered 10 titles) receive our special 8.25% discount on all future orders. This is what we call our FLAT RATE DVDs.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
1. All refunds and exchanges will be in 14 days
2. Refunds will be issued with sealed product and receipt. Delivery fee will be added if refund is not done in store. Delivery charge is NON-refundable.
3. Exchanges for damaged and defective products will be for the same title only.
4. All exchanges must be called in.
